Riding on the sand

This piece is wonderful. The bigness of the sky and the sea contrasting with the smallness of the horses is somehow mesmerizing and profound; even though there isn't much going on in the picture, it's smells so much like life it's not boring in any way.
The sand realistically varies in color. The slight difference in color that separates the sky and the sea is also well done, and the clouds are convincing. I feel as if you could've done just a bit better on the waves-- maybe a bit more color just a little further back?
Overall, plain awesome.
